If you thrive in a hands-on, fast-moving, and physically demanding environment, this first-shift role lets you build, fix, and install the components that keep regional fleets covered and on the road.A day in the lifeYou start your shift at 7:00 or 8:00 AM, review work orders, gather your tools, and get to work installing and repairing tarp systems on triaxle truck bodies and semi‑trailers. You’ll fit aluminum rails and bow assemblies, route cabling, set pulleys and spring arms, mount motors, and secure vinyl panels—all while measuring precisely and following instructions. Communication matters: you’ll coordinate with teammates and document work in clear, professional English.What you’ll doInstall and repair tarp systems on triaxle truck bodies and semi‑trailers on siteUse hand and power tools to complete mechanical installationsWork with aluminum rails, bow assemblies, metal pulleys, spring arms, motors, cabling, and vinyl panelsWhat you bringProficiency with hand and power toolsStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to assemble/repair componentsComfort lifting and positioning parts throughout the shiftAccurate measuring and the ability to read and follow instructionsClear verbal and written communication in EnglishValid driver’s license (Class A CDL preferred)Experience with tarp systems and trailer/truck body work is a plusForklift operation experience is helpfulRole detailsEmployer: Express Employment ProfessionalsLocation: Verona, PA 15147Schedule: Monday–Friday; 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM start; 8-hour shifts (first shift)Pay Rate: $18/hrEmployment Type: Full-timeReady to build real, mechanical solutions every day?
