Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary of $50,000
Uncapped commissions, permanent residuals, and bonuses
Expected earnings: $60,000 in year one, $80,000 in year two
Comprehensive benefits package including medical, 401K, holiday, and vacation pay
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit candidates for both contract and permanent positions.
Support and oversee the performance of contract employees.
Prospect for new clients and manage client relationships.
Work collaboratively within a team-based culture to achieve recruiting and business development goals.
