Trade Show Exhibit Build & Strike Technician

You start your day on 1st shift at the Indiana Convention Center, floor plan in hand. Working off detailed blueprints, you and the team bring exhibits to life—rolling out carpet, setting supports, placing signage, and assembling displays. When the show wraps, you reverse the magic with the same care, loading gear into trucks to prevent damage and leaving the space spotless. Throughout it all, you represent the company with quality workmanship, clear communication, and a positive, can‑do attitude.

• Shift: 1st
• Pay: $19/hr
• Where: East side of Indianapolis (work primarily at the Indiana Convention Center and local venues)
• Type: Evaluation Hire

• Install and dismantle trade show exhibits, including displays, signage, carpet, supports, and related components for conventions and trade shows.
• Load and unload client displays and equipment into trucks carefully to avoid damage.
• Work safely from lifts, ladders, and platforms at varying heights.
• Serve as an ambassador for the company—deliver quality craftsmanship, communicate well, and maintain a positive demeanor on site.

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance and comfort working on ladders.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and floor plans.
• Hands-on experience with hand and power tools.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Schedule flexibility—some nights, early mornings, and weekends as needed.
