We’re seeking an HR Assistant / Receptionist to support a local company we are partnering with on recruiting, onboarding, and daily HR administration while helping maintain a friendly and professional front office. This is primarily a temporary opportunity with potential for long-term consideration for the right person.

What You’ll Do
Recruiting & Onboarding
- Assist with candidate sourcing, job postings, and interview coordination
- Schedule and help plan virtual and in-person interviews
- Support new hire orientation and onboarding
- Prepare and process new hire and offboarding paperwork
HR & Administrative Support
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR Director
- Assist with employee communications and engagement activities
- Help coordinate office events, meetings, and celebrations
- Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion
Reception & Front Office Support
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate team member
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls
- Manage the conference room calendar
- Keep the reception and conference room areas organized and presentable
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of HR support, or related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office programs
- Associate’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch
