What You'll Do as the Front Office Manager:
- Greet and assist applicants, associates, clients, and visitors
- Answer and direct a high volume of phone calls
- Assist with new hire paperwork and employment documents
- Perform data entry and general administrative duties
- Support our recruiting and sales teams
- Keep the front office organized, welcoming, and running smoothly
What We're Looking For in a Front Office Manager:
- 2 years of administrative/customer service experience
- Strong communication and people skills
- Professional, friendly, and welcoming personality
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- 50 WPM typing speed preferred
