We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Window Installer to join our growing installation team. This is a hands-on role working directly at residential job sites installing replacement windows and doors while delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do- Assist with loading trucks and securing materials for daily jobs
- Install replacement windows and doors at residential job sites
- Work alongside the Lead Installer to complete projects safely and efficiently
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
- Identify and report installation or product issues
- Use hand and power tools daily
- Work on ladders, scaffolding, and roofs when necessary
- Perform window repairs and glass replacement as needed
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Complete paperwork accurately and on time
- Assist with training new team members
- Drive company trucks and trailers safely to and from job sites
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders up to 30 feet
- Ability to take accurate measurements using a tape measure
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and complete certification training as needed
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in:- Window installation
- Construction or remodeling
- Exterior finishing or trim work
- Glass replacement
Experience bending aluminum with a metal brake and capping exterior trim is a plus
Experience driving pickup trucks, trailers, or box trucks preferred
