**Job Title:
** Automotive Technician
- Diagnose and repair American made vehicles, including engine, transmission, electrical, and drivability concerns
- Perform routine maintenance and complex repairs in accordance with Company standards
- Use our diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues accurately
- Complete repair orders with clear and accurate documentation for customer and warranty purposes
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding recommended repairs and timelines
- Maintain productivity and efficiency goals
- Keep up to date with Company training and certification requirements
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Assist in supporting entry-level technicians when needed
Qualifications
- 3 years of automotive repair experience (dealership experience preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Experience with our IDS/FDRS systems preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
