Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18-19 / hour

- Apartment Cleanouts
- Demo work
- Landscaping of common areas, snow removal

- Able to bend, twist and lift up to 50lbs
- Able to withstand outdoor temperatures for long periods of time
Work Schedule for the Maintenance Technician:
- Monday-Friday 7am-3pm (hours may change)
