About the Job:
Embark on a new career journey to shape the future as a Maintenance Technician, where you will be part of a team crafting transformers & power supplies destined for military and industrial products. The Maintenance Technician performs electrical troubleshooting and repair, routine maintenance, and repairs on building systems, equipment, and facilities. The ideal candidate is hands-on, cross functional, safety-focused, and capable of working independently to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities/
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment, machinery, and building systems
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and inspections
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
- Assist with facility upgrades, installations, and improvement projects
- Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and climb for extended periods
- Ability to use hands and arms to handle, feel, reach
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- EPA certification, or trade licenses
- Proven experience as a maintenance Technician or similar role
- Ability to ready technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Strong problem – solving and time – management skills
- Experience in Manufacturing environments
- Previous Experience
- carpentry skills
Work Schedule
- Full-time
- On-call availability and occasional overtime may be required
