Staffing Lead – Manufacturing Assembly | 1st Shift

Pay: $19.95 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–4:00 PM, with optional overtime on Fridays

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with Shaw Development to hire a Staffing Lead for its manufacturing assembly team. This position is a great opportunity for someone with assembly experience, strong communication skills, and a dependable work ethic.
Responsibilities:
Use small tools and equipment to assemble products.
Read and interpret blueprints, control plans, manufacturing plans, and visual aids.
Perform part marking and product testing, including pressure, functional, electrical, visual, and flow testing.
Follow manufacturing instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support daily operations.
Occasionally lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
Qualifications:
Experience or familiarity with manufacturing assembly tools and processes.
Ability to read and follow technical documents and assembly instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Dependable attendance and availability for the early morning schedule.
Ability to understand safety procedures and communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
