FENCE FOREMAN – EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES WANTED!
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour, depending on experience
Location: Fort Myers, FLSchedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Are you an experienced Fence Lead ready to grow, or do you Foreman experience? We’re looking for a skilled Fence Foreman who knows the fencing industry, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can lead a crew to get the job done right!
What You’ll Do:
Lead and supervise a fencing installation crew.
Oversee fence installations and ensure quality workmanship.
Read measurements, layout fencing, and keep projects on schedule.
Operate tools and equipment used for fence installation.
Ensure job site safety and maintain a productive work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous fence installation experience is required.
Foreman or crew leadership experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of fence installation methods, materials, and tools.
Ability to measure accurately, solve problems, and lead by example.
Reliable, hardworking, and committed to quality and safety.
