Express Employment of Downey is currently seeking an OFFICE SUPPORT/CUSTOMER SERVICE REP for a well-established HVAC company in the city of Downey, CA.
*THIS IS NOT A RETAIL CSR SETTING - OFFICE EXPERIENCE MUST REFLECT ON RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED*
Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8AM to 5:00PM possible overtime
Pay: $22.00 an hour
Employment Type: LONG TERM, temp to permanent hire
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls
- Assist customers with booking appointments for techs
- Entering customer data into the system
- Assist with payroll processing
- Dispatch techs according to their schedule
- Scanning documents, maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
- Perform other office tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2 years office admin experience
- MUST work well under pressure
- MS Office proficiency
- Strong data entry abilities (45 WPM)
- Bilingual REQUIRED (fluent English and Spanish)
- Ability to prioritize & multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
