A local call center is looking for motivated Call Center Representatives to help provide outstanding customer service support via telephone - no telemarketing.
Responsibilities:
As a Call Center Representative, you will be receiving inbound customer calls and will be providing customer service and answering questions related to the business. Sales experience a plus! Customer Service Representatives make an important contribution to customer satisfaction by providing a prompt, efficient and courteous service to callers while ensuring customers have a positive experience with the company's product or service.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or the equivalent.
- At least 2 years of customer service work experience
- Must pass drug screen
- Be neat, well groomed, and have a courteous, pleasant manner
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding customer service and problem solving skills
Evaluation to hire position
Hours are Monday through Friday – 8:00am to 8:00pm. Must be available to work an 8-hour shift within those hours. Pay rate is $17.00 an hour.
