Responsibilities- Assist in the setup and preparation of welding equipment for production tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Utilize various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Cored Arc welding.
- Measure and cut materials using tape measures and other tools to precise specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, including adherence to OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance welding skills.
- OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10) is required.
- Basic knowledge of welding setups for production.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience with MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Cored Arc welding is preferred.
- Proficient in tape measure reading and material measurement.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
