Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter located in Easton, PA. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various roles for our clients. Day-to-day tasks include building relationships with clients and candidates, coordinating interview schedules, conducting background checks, and maintaining candidate databases. The Recruiter will also work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in sourcing and identifying candidates
- Proficiency in screening and interviewing techniques
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to manage and maintain candidate databases
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and procedures
- Team-oriented approach with the ability to work closely with sales and client teams
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in the staffing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
