Responsibilities
- Oversee the ITS portfolio of projects related to IT service delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets
- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver IT services and solutions, including infrastructure upgrades, service desk enhancements, and enterprise system implementations
- Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of IT services across the organization, adhering to ITIL best practices and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Collaborate with business units, vendors, and internal teams to gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate project status and outcomes
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Proactively manage risks and resolve issues that may impact project delivery or service performance
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track project progress, service performance, and resource utilization
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field required
- Master’s degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in IT service delivery or IT project management
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of IT projects in a mid-to-large enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service management principles
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- PMP, ITIL, or similar certifications preferred
