Electrician SupervisorJob SummaryThe Electrician Supervisor oversees and coordinates the daily activities of electricians and apprentices to ensure electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable codes and regulations. This role is responsible for planning work schedules, supervising installations and repairs, enforcing safety standards, and serving as the primary point of contact between field crews, project management, and inspectors.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise, lead, and mentor electricians and apprentices on commercial, industrial, or utility projects.Plan, assign, and inspect electrical work to ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and project specifications.Coordinate daily work activities, job assignments, and manpower requirements.Ensure strict adherence to safety policies, Cal/OSHA/OSHA regulations, and company procedures.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide technical guidance to crews.Conduct job site inspections and quality control checks.Communicate with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and clients to resolve issues and maintain schedules.Maintain accurate records including timecards, material usage, and daily reports.Order materials and ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained.
