Ready to make your mark in the digital marketing world? Exposure is looking for a creative, driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fast-paced, collaborative agency team. In this role, you will help execute dynamic digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, social media, and more.
This is a full-time position onsite at our centrally located offices in Wallingford, CT.
Your position from day to day:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for clients across SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content creation
- Analyze and measure the effectiveness of campaigns, reporting on performance to clients and the team
- Collaborate with our dynamic team to develop creative content ideas that resonate with clients' target audiences
- Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are completed on time and within budget
- Continuously optimize campaigns for better performance and results
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technology, and best practices

Qualifications:
- Experience with SEO, PPC, keyword research, social, email and analytics (specifically Google Analytics)
- Knowledge of fundamental web design concepts, practices, and procedures
- Experience with digital marketing software such as HubSpot, Sharp Spring, MailChimp, HootSuite, Sprout Social, Semrush a plus
- 1-3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting
- Undergraduate degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business or related field preferred
