Our new Entry Level Managers start by learning the foundation of our business, including client acquisition, account lifecycle management, and team management, before taking on larger management responsibilities (client calls, the hiring & firing process, payroll, HR management, etc.). We believe that developing a comprehensive understanding of business operations from the ground up produces the most effective and efficient managers.
We’re currently seeking highly motivated, goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry Level Management associates. In this role, you’ll gain exposure to core business functions including sales, account management, and business operations in a hands-on environment. You will be responsible for participating in leadership training sessions, supervising junior staff, and participating in daily business operations, including closing sales deals, training new hires, and attending client meetings. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers, fellow employees, and senior management staff daily to drive sales revenue growth and enhance overall business operations
- Support sales teams by qualifying leads, updating CRM systems, resolving customer inquiries, and closing sales deals
- Participate in teaching, training, and coaching junior staff to maintain high performance standards across departments
- Assist fellow management staff in overseeing daily operations, including analyzing sales metrics, building outreach strategies, and monitoring team performance
- Shadow senior management staff to learn sales negotiation techniques, customer service strategies, project management skills, and effective management protocols
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications is a plus, but not required.
- 0-2 years experience in a leadership position, preferably in a sales or client services industry, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
- Adaptable mindset, growth-oriented attitude
- Self-motivated and ambitious individuals with a competitive spirit

Pay: $45,911.64 - $55,291.43 per year
