Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY for a Senior Account Executive. The Senior Account Executive will focus on building and nurturing relationships with key franchise operators, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. Primary responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients, creating customized financial solutions, driving revenue growth, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business goals. The role will also involve developing sales strategies, preparing presentations, and representing Exponent Financial at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales, business development, and client management
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in financial technology, spend management platforms, or commercial lending
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, develop strategies, and identify growth opportunities
- Experience working in or with QSR/franchise operators is a plus
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Key information
- $125,000 Base, $250,000 OTE. Uncapped and easily calculable bonus earnings.
- NYC office is in Flatiron; we are all in the office collaborating and working together every day. We expect significant office attendance and in person contribution.
