The Role: We’re hiring a full stack engineer to work with our existing senior engineer and CTO to continue building out Exponent. You help shape the future of our company. You will not be a cog in the wheel. You will help build wireframe, design, implement, and scale our platform that moves millions of dollars.
Our Tech Stack: Rails (Hotwire & Stimulus), Postgres, AWS, Kubernetes, Stripe. Anthropic
You Have:
- Experience with Rails.
- Experience with highly secure environments.
- Experience with agentic AI and AI tooling in general.
You Are:
- A hustler — you work fast, are persistent, and outcome-driven
- A self starter — you can make decisions on what to ship based on our roadmap without needing overt supervision
- Obsessed with winning and building
Location: We are a hybrid team with 3 days on‑site preferred. We have offices in Boston (Downtown Crossing) and New York City (Flatiron District)
Compensation: Base: $125K Performance Based Bonus: $25-75K
