Position Overview

Are you ready to be at the heart of a high-performance sales operation? As an Inside Sales Confirmation Agent at Expo Home Improvement, you'll be critical in driving the success of our sales team. In this role, you will act as the voice of Expo Home, ensuring that our customers' appointments are confirmed, scheduled, and attended. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Communication & Confirmation: You’ll be confirming critical homeowner information, ensuring everything is up-to-date and accurate. You’ll communicate directly with prospective customers via phone calls, voicemail, and texts to confirm appointments and provide necessary details.
• Appointment Retention: You’ll actively work to ensure appointments are kept, resolving customer concerns and minimizing cancellations. Your goal? To keep the sales pipeline full and ensure maximum consultation capacity.
• Sales Support: Collaborate closely with our sales team, passing along all the key details before appointments and ensuring smooth transitions to drive sales success. Your support is vital in turning leads into closed deals.
• Customer Satisfaction & Problem Solving: You’ll be empowered to resolve customer issues, ensuring each interaction is handled tactfully and efficiently.
