Key Responsibilities
Installation & Project Execution:
- Perform full kitchen remodels, including cabinet installation, countertop replacement, and finishing touches per company specifications and local building codes.
- Ensure all installations are completed with high attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Safely load, transport, and unload materials to job sites.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, keeping them informed throughout the installation process.
- Maintain a professional appearance and work ethic, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Conduct a final walkthrough with customers to ensure satisfaction and demonstrate functionality of completed installations.
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Adhere to manufacturer specifications and company installation standards.
- Maintain all necessary licensing, insurance, and certifications required for work.
- Work closely with the Installation Manager to ensure project timelines and quality expectations are met.
- Troubleshoot unforeseen situations on-site and communicate effectively with the management team.
- Provide accurate and timely project updates and required documentation.
- Proven experience in general carpentry, cabinetry, and kitchen remodeling.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining company integrity and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials, climb stairs, and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Must have a reliable vehicle capable of transporting supplies to job sites.
- Own necessary tools for kitchen remodeling installations.
- Must provide proof of General Liability insurance.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Technical Expertise – Demonstrates proficiency in kitchen remodeling, cabinetry, and installation techniques.
