About the Role
The Lead RDA plays a vital leadership role in our practice, supporting both the clinical team and the doctors through organization, communication, and consistency. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring others, takes pride in operational excellence, and leads with empathy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule & Team Management
- Oversee daily clinical schedules to ensure efficiency and patient flow
- Support and guide the RDA team, fostering teamwork, accountability, and growth
- Assist with training, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members
- People Leadership
- Serve as a positive role model who leads with compassion and consistency
- Promote clear communication and collaboration across the team
- Help create a supportive, respectful, and upbeat work environment
- Supply Ordering & Inventory
- Manage ordering and organization of clinical supplies
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth daily operations
- Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA and OSHA standards
- Maintain up-to-date protocols and support team compliance through education and consistency

Additional Qualifications:
- Active RDA license
- Pediatric dental experience preferred
- Leadership or lead assistant experience strongly preferred
