EXPLORE, Inc. (www.exploreinc.com) is an exclusive, custom African tour specialist with teams in Colorado and Massachusetts. Seeking two full-time, senior positions to join our teams, one in custom trip sales and one is in group travel operations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Managing trip logistics including planning new itineraries and ensuring accuracy of booked trips.
•Creating budgets for trips in order to quote pricing to clients.
•Checking accuracy of invoices and handling accounting for trips.
•Customer service, communication with travelers and vendors.
•Ensuring that every trip detail is correct, and communicated appropriately to clients and vendors
•Collects client information such as passenger information forms, flight details.
•Creating final documents such as tipping guides and itineraries.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Prior experience in the travel and/or hospitality industry required.
•Knowledge of Africa tourism required for sales position.
•Strong attention to detail.
•Excellent communication and customer service skills.
•Strong aptitude for match, basic accounting and knowledge of Excel.
•High level computer skills; able to learn new systems quickly.
•Ability to collaborate with vendors and clients.
•Project management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year (dependent on experience)
