Key Responsibilities
- Transport frac sand from terminals, mines, and transload facilities to customer well sites
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and trailers
- Safely load, transport, and unload frac sand according to company and customer procedures
- Maintain accurate logs, tickets, and electronic documentation
- Comply with all DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and company safety requirements
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and field personnel
- Monitor equipment condition and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed
- Adhere to delivery schedules while maintaining a strong safety record
- Operate in varying weather, road, and oilfield conditions
- Ensure proper securement and handling of all loads
Compensation
- Competitive 85/15 split of load based pay

- Fuel surcharge programs and detention pay may be available

This position operates primarily in oilfield environments and requires adherence to strict safety standards. Drivers should be prepared for long hours, changing schedules, and travel throughout regional operating areas.

Permian Basin, West Texas, New Mexico, and surrounding oil-producing regions.
