The Mission
Explore Digital is a specialized digital marketing agency. We don’t just "sell"—we solve complex growth problems for our clients. We are looking for an ambitious, strategically-minded SDR to join us. This role has a definitive growth track: you will master lead generation this spring and transition into a full-cycle Sales Representative by August.
With leadership preparing for a transition this summer (maternity leave), we need a high-performer ready to take the reins of the sales process permanently.
What You’ll Do
- Strategic Prospecting: Identify businesses that genuinely need SEO, PPC, Website Assistance, and a digital marketing strategy.
- Cold-to-Warm Conversion: Using LinkedIn, email, and video outreach to turn cold data into warm discovery calls.
- Collaborative Selling: Work directly with the Founder to learn the "Explore Digital" sales methodology.
- August Goal: Graduate to a full-cycle role where you manage the pipeline from first touch to signed contract.

- Digital Marketing Fluency: A foundational understanding of SEO, PPC, CRO, and Content Strategy. You should know the difference between a backlink and a keyword.
- Agency Experience: You understand the fast-paced nature of the agency world.
- Data-Driven Mindset: You enjoy looking at metrics (Open rates, CTR, Conversion) to iterate on your own performance.

- The Founder’s Right Hand: You will work side-by-side with our Founder, absorbing the brand’s vision and eventually becoming the primary steward of our sales pipeline by August.

Position Details
- Contract to Hire (approx. 30 hours/week) with the goal of growing into a Full-Time employee in the summer.
- Remote position with flexible scheduling within standard business hours (8:00am – 6:00pm PT).
- This position has a compensation of both a Base Uncapped Commission Structure for Qualified Booked Appointments.
