Explore Academy - Rio Rancho is seeking to hire an individual who has a passion for helping students be successful and grow in their academic and social skills. Educational Assistants at our school are at the center of our model, supporting all aspects and ensuring that all components function smoothly. Educational Assistants at Explore Academy play many roles including: supporting students and teachers in classrooms, supporting and monitoring interactions in the cafeteria during lunch time, serving lunch, being classroom substitutes when teachers are absent, and supporting in our Flex part of the day ensuring students are completing their coursework and frontloading. If you are a multitasker who is flexible in not having one day look like the next, and you enjoy being a true advocate for students, then this may be the role for you.
This position is not full-time, but a 0.8 position. Daily schedule: 8:00am - 2:30pm.
