As our IT Support Technician, you will maintain and operate world-class theaters and meeting spaces. You will also help develop cutting-edge guest experiences.
- Support all of the organization’s IT systems, i.e., employee workstations, telephones and other business systems in a Microsoft environment.
- Support events and exhibits.
- Support two point of sale systems and one accounting suite.
- Support and maintain surveillance VMS and cameras.
- Work with complex audiovisual systems.
- Provide helpdesk support to local and remote users.
- Work on cross-functional teams to deliver technology portions of projects in a timely manner.
Primary responsibilities of this position will include:
The successful candidate must possess the following attributes: Strong written and verbal communication skills, networking experience, experience in managing and maintaining computer hardware, and excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ideally, they will have Salesforce experience, networking certification, such as Network or CCNA. Certifications on AV systems such as Dante or Biamp Tesira are also desirable.
