Role Description The Social Worker is a full-time, on-site role based in Rochester, NY, supporting students’ social, emotional, and behavioral development. The Social Worker will provide individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and case management services to students and families. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and collaborating with teachers, school leaders, and support staff to promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment.
