Test Lead in TOSCA for Banking Project
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of manual and automation testers, ensuring high-quality deliverables across all phases of testing.
Define and implement test strategies, plans, and frameworks aligned with Agile principles.
Drive test automation initiatives using TOSCA, including script design, optimization, and maintenance.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and DevOps) to ensure effective test coverage and timely releases.
Plan and manage testing activities within Agile sprints — including estimation, prioritization, and sprint reviews.
Oversee end-to-end testing of payment applications, including integration with upstream and downstream systems.
Identify and mitigate risks in testing processes and proactively manage defect triage and resolution.
Mentor and upskill team members in TOSCA automation and Agile QA practices.
Ensure traceability of requirements through to test coverage and defect management.
Essential skills
Good knowledge in TOSCA & Agile testers preferably Payments Experience – High Priority
