Job Description:
- Lead the automation testing team to design develop and maintain automated tests using Tricentis Tosca.
- Proven experience in leading onsite offshore teams with a strong emphasis on collaboration and communication.
- Develop and implement automation testing strategies frameworks and standards.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify testing needs and develop automation solutions.
- Strong expertise in Tosca automation tools Tosca Commander Test Case Design Tosca API Tosca TDM.
- Ensure that the Tosca automation framework is maintained efficiently and can be reused across multiple projects.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure that scripts developed by team members follow best practices for maintainability and performance.
- Optimize automation scripts to enhance execution times and coverage.
- Experience in building maintaining and optimizing automation frameworks using Tosca.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working within an Agile environment.
- Have strong Communication skills and good at working with multiple vendors and client stakeholders.
- Prior experience in Travel and Hospitality Domain.
- Expertise in Client Interaction and Strong stakeholder management and the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Good To have API Testing RESTSOAP Postman Ready API Selenium Tosca BI.
