Your Role & Responsibilities
• Oversee the full SAP S/4HANA upgrade and AWS migration program, focusing on over 170 technical integrations.• Coordinate with approximately 65 vendors to manage, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues effectively.• Lead day-to-day meetings to track integration progress and ensure key project milestones and timelines are met.• Manage a large cross-functional team of 100–150 members, including architects, ABAP developers, managers, and AWS technical experts.• Collaborate with internal business partners and external vendors, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across workstreams.• Own project tracking using tools like Microsoft Project, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Teams.• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget ($2M–$5M range), while navigating a dynamic, matrixed environment.
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
• 7–10 years of direct experience with SAP projects, ideally with hands-on SAP S/4HANA upgrade and migration exposure.• Proficiency with AWS services, particularly in relation to SAP hosting and cloud infrastructure.• Strong leadership, organizational, and coordination skills—especially in managing large technical teams and multiple moving parts.• Experience with project budgets between $2M–$5M and large matrixed environments (SAP, Oracle, Workday preferred).• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
Bonus Points If You Have:
• PMP certification.• Experience using JIRA for tracking and project management.• Previous experience in cloud cybersecurity integration projects.
Education & Certifications You Need:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).• PMP certification (preferred but not required).
