Your Role & Responsibilities
• Develop and execute organizational change management strategies for SAP S/4HANA deployments.• Design and deliver stakeholder engagement, communications, and training plans that drive adoption and minimize resistance.• Assess organizational readiness and perform impact analyses to inform change plans.• Collaborate closely with project managers, business leads, and technical teams to align change initiatives with project milestones.• Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions to refine change strategies based on stakeholder needs.• Track and report change management activities, success metrics, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
• 5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) with at least 2 successful Change Management on SAP S/4HANA projects.• Strong expertise in developing change management, communication, and training strategies for ERP transformations.• Proven ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels, from end-users to executive sponsors.• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.• Experience using change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model, or equivalent frameworks.
Bonus Points If You Have:
• Prosci, ACMP, or comparable change management certification.• Experience with change management tools like WalkMe, Whatfix, or SAP Enable Now.• Familiarity with agile project environments or hybrid project methodologies.
Education & Certifications You Need:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).• Prosci Certification (preferred but not required).
