Your Role & Responsibilities
- You will lead the end‑to‑end technical delivery of OTA platforms while remaining hands‑on in development.
- Lead and mentor a team of full‑stack developers using C# and .NET technologies
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between product owners, business analysts, architects, and development teams
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical designs and execution plans
- Provide hands‑on technical guidance during incidents, escalations, and production issues
- Oversee the full SDLC including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Drive architectural alignment, technical standards, and solution quality
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early and proactively propose mitigation strategies
- Champion scalability, performance, security, and reliability across all solutions
- Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices
- Collaborate with product owners to refine user stories and maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and technical excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8 years of hands‑on experience in full‑stack software development.
- Deep expertise in C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer with leadership responsibilities
- Strong front‑end development experience using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integrations
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
- Hands-on experience with Entity Framework or similar ORM tools
- Experience working with NoSQL databases, particularly Cosmos DB
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
- Strong experience working in Agile environments using Scrum or Kanban
- Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Microservices architecture
Hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of Event Sourcing and CQRS design patterns
Experience with automated testing frameworks and TDD
Exposure to DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code
Experience working in a product‑driven enterprise environment
