Job Summary:
We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to manage multiple digital payment products. The candidate will be responsible for requirement elicitation, solution design, and product roadmap management, with deep expertise in payment processing, settlements, financial transactions, and regulatory compliance (PCI-DSS, PSD2, AML/KYC).
Responsibilities:
- Conduct structured requirement workshops, analyze workflows, and document epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and product owners to define product vision and roadmap
- Work closely with UI/UX and engineering teams to ensure smooth product delivery
- Analyze payment workflows, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure compliance
- Monitor KPIs, transaction performance, fraud risks, and reporting dashboards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, or related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven experience in the payments domain and product management
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
- Certifications in business analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or payments (NACHA, SWIFT) are a plus
