Expleo Group USA is seeking Expert to Consultant-level MRB Design Engineers (Levels 4–5) to lead complex engineering decision-making and provide advanced technical authority across aerospace manufacturing programs.
This is an office-based role focused on high-level engineering judgment, innovation, and technical leadership through documentation-based MRB analysis and disposition.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead resolution of highly complex MRB nonconformances requiring advanced engineering judgment
- Develop robust and innovative repair solutions considering fit, form, function, airworthiness, cost, and schedule
- Serve as technical authority in cross-functional and customer-facing engagements
- Define and improve MRB processes, practices, and engineering standards
- Drive consistency, compliance, and technical excellence across programs
- Provide expert guidance to Design, Stress, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supplier teams
- Mentor engineers across all levels and strengthen technical capability
- Support audits, program reviews, and regulatory compliance activities
- Contribute to advanced problem-solving, methodology development, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Structural Engineering, or related discipline (ABET-accredited)
- 9 - 14 years of MRB/aerospace engineering experience with recognized subject matter expertise
- Strong expertise in metallic and composite structures
- Significant experience supporting Boeing programs (737/787 preferred) or similar aircraft platforms
- Prior MRB signing authority or delegated approval (strongly preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of airworthiness, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks
- Proficiency in SAP NCMS or similar systems
- CATIA V5 experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical decisions and influence stakeholders
- Day, night, and weekend shifts available
- Three thousand dollars sign-on bonus after 90 days of successful employment
- Competitive hourly rate - $57–$62 per hour. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
