A Day in the Life at Prime IV:

• Review and screen client health intake forms
• Conduct one-on-one consultations to educate, guide, and build relationships with clients
• Place IVs and administer IM injections throughout the day
• Mix IV therapies in accordance with USP 797 sterile compounding standards
• Help create a calm, comfortable, high-end wellness environment for every client
• Treat clients with massage chairs, oxygen cannula therapy, blankets, hydration, and genuine hospitality
• Develop wellness recommendations and ongoing plans based on client goals discussed during consultations
• Work closely with a team that values professionalism, efficiency, positivity, and exceptional care

Compensation:

• RN base pay starts at $26/hour tips bonus plan
• Total compensation typically ranges RN: $34.50–$42/hour
• NO TAX on tips for federally taxed wages makes this role even more lucrative
• Free IV therapy session once per month

Scheduling:
Part-time team members typically work between 1 to 3 shifts per week (3 to 6 shifts per 2 week pay period) depending on individual goals and availability. Scheduling expectations and availability are discussed during the initial phone interview.

Team members are given a consistent recurring schedule. Because our East and West Wichita locations operate under the same ownership and leadership team, schedules may include shifts at both locations based on business needs and the best long-term fit for the team member and spa.

Our team works full shifts (open to close), so we are not offering a partial shift role. This role has Saturday and weekday responsibilites.

This is a newly added position created to support our growing client base and provide additional operational flexibility as we continue strengthening both Wichita locations.

Requirements:

• RN license in Kansas
• Strong IV skills required on day 1
• Every other Saturday availability required
• Weekday responsibility (applicant availability will be discussed)
• Positive, professional attitude
• Strong communication skills

• Comfortable educating clients and building relationships
