Responsibilities
- Lead complex aerospace design solutions for structural and mechanical systems
- Develop and review advanced CATIA V5 models and drawing packages
- Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and configuration control processes
- Act as technical authority within IPTs and across programs
- Guide design methodologies, practices, and standards
- Support program milestones, risk mitigation, and quality objectives
- Mentor engineers across all levels
- Influence cross-functional design decisions and strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited)
- 14 years aerospace design experience
- Deep expertise in structural and mechanical design
- Strong experience with Boeing standards and defence programs
- Advanced CATIA V5 proficiency
- Strong knowledge of FAA and aerospace compliance standards
- Demonstrated leadership in complex engineering environments
