Responsibilities
- Carrying out replacement and repair time studies following the documented process and procedures specific to the vehicles.
- Working with the service information authoring team to solidify the removal and installation procedures and times for the service manual.
- Documenting warranty time study information.
- This role will be responsible for performing the tasks of a technician by carrying out time studies and documenting the process.
- Working with engineering to develop new and existing technology.
- Minimum of 5 years working in automotive repair in a dealership
- Proficiency in technical English writing styles and procedures
- High school diploma or GED
- Eager to learn and grow your automotive knowledge
