Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist / Office Support professional to join our team! Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of our organization
  • Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls and taking messages accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and reception space
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages
  • Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and document proofreading
  • Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for customers
  • Use computer skills to update records in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and supporting client needs
  • Support clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and maintaining office supplies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office support roles or administrative assistance with strong clerical skills
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks desktop, Google Workspace tools
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clients and team members
  • Experience with bookkeeping is a plus for handling basic financial tasks
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer support roles preferred
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally

Potential raise based on performance after 120 day probationary period!

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
