A well-established private preschool and kindergarten with nearly 50 years of experience serving families is seeking a caring, enthusiastic EEC Qualified Preschool Teacher to join its close-knit teaching team in Marlborough, MA. The program emphasizes play-based learning, outdoor exploration, and individualized attention, with small classrooms of just 10–13 children supported by two dedicated teachers. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with preschool-aged children and brings strong classroom leadership, curriculum planning, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum for preschool-aged children.
• Lead hands-on, play-based learning activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and exploration.
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and developmental growth.
• Create a warm, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels supported.
• Provide individualized attention and guidance to children ages 2.9–3.5.
• Collaborate closely with co-teachers and the broader teaching team to provide a consistent learning experience.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with children and their families.
• Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and community partners regarding children's development and classroom activities.
• Maintain a dependable, professional, and positive presence within the school community.

• EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required.
• Experience working with preschool-aged children; 1 year of preschool teaching experience preferred.
• Experience with curriculum planning and classroom leadership.
• Genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, dependable, collaborative, and team-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively in person within a preschool classroom environment.

Pay: $19.00–$26.00 per hour
