Office Manager – Expert Window Cleaning (Blacksburg, VA)
Expert Window Cleaning is now scheduling interviews for our Office Manager position. This is a full-time (or part-time) Monday–Friday role with a mix of remote and in-office work.
Compensation:
- $20–25/hour (based on experience)

- Possess a talent for identifying workflow problems, creating solutions, and implementing changes
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones (with a big smile on your face!)
- Scheduling jobs and sales calls
- Customer follow up
- Replying to emails, texts and private messages from a variety of communication portals
- Creating and sending invoices and quotes
- Other CRM behind the scenes magic
- Ordering supplies and doing occasional local pickups
- Managing our social media activity (frequent posts of information relevant to our customers, on multiple platforms)
- General office management tasks
