Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update parish records and databases (ParishSOFT)

Provide general office management and clerical support

Oversee the upkeep of parish and rectory facilities

Supervise office volunteers and maintenance staff

Assist with human resources tasks, payroll, and employee onboarding

Coordinate parish calendar and manage internal communications

Support preparation of office budgets and supply needs

Provide occasional coverage for bookkeeping duties
