- Prepare clear management reports and executive presentations on project status and milestones.
- Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate updates.
- Track project progress, proactively identify risks/issues, and develop solutions to keep initiatives on track.
- Analyze, interpret, and visualize data to support business decisions in capital markets processes.
- Support process improvements by analyzing workflows and recommending data-driven enhancements.
- Ensure accurate documentation of project requirements, changes, and outcomes.
- Maintain current knowledge of capital markets operations, products, and data flows.
- Proficient in project management and data visualization tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Tableau, Power BI).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Agile or other project management certifications are a plus.
- Experience with capital markets, credit risk, or technical systems migration preferred.
