- Manage and maintain enterprise-level macOS environments to ensure high availability and optimal performance of Apple devices.
- Oversee all aspects of JAMF Pro administration, including configuration profiles, policies, automated patching, and software deployment.
- Design and implement zero-touch provisioning workflows for streamlined device enrollment and lifecycle management.
- Enforce endpoint security and compliance using JAMF Protect, ensuring all Apple devices meet strict security standards.
- Integrate macOS devices with identity solutions such as JAMF Connect and Azure Active Directory for unified Single Sign-On (SSO) experiences.
- Automate system tasks by developing and maintaining custom scripts (Bash/Python) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors, participate in project delivery, and manage service requests using ITIL-based processes (ServiceNow).
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for macOS-related issues within a large-scale enterprise.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of macOS security, vulnerabilities, and compliance requirements.
- Preferred Skills: Advanced JAMF Pro expertise (certifications highly desirable), strong scripting abilities, experience with JAMF Protect/Connect, background in Apple-Azure AD integration, and familiarity with ITIL workflows.
