M-Th in-office; Friday WFH, San Francisco, CA Interview Type (Phone, Video, Face to Face) 3 rounds Anticipated Start (in weeks) 3-5 Must HavesGifting or Registry-adjacent eCommerce experience—can own end-to-end product strategy and roadmaps across omnichannel experiences, optimize customer journeys to drive engagement and conversion, spanning engineering, marketing, merchandising, store operations, and customer care. Required Skills : * Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus * 6-8 years of experience in product management, preferably in digital commerce, marketplace, or operations-heavy environments * Experience with AI, automation, or optimization systems is strongly preferred * Strong technical fluency - ability to work with engineering, data science, and analytics to define requirements and evaluate solutions * Proven analytical expertise with experience in SQL, BI tools, or experimentation frameworks * Excellent communication skills - able to translate between technical and business audiences clearly and effectively * Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable working in a lean environment with shifting priorities * Strong operational instincts - capable of diving into logistics, data, etc.Basic Qualification :Additional Skills : Background Check : NoDrug Screen : No Rank :A3 Requested Date :2025-11-14
