Job Summary (List Format):
- Fully remote position on the Epic Ambulatory team within the Clinical Capability department
- Serve as a resource on various projects
- Support maintenance and operational activities
- Address and resolve work tickets
- Participate in Epic system upgrades
- Work within a shared services model, primarily supporting one client, but flexible to support others as needed
- Participate in a rotating on-call support schedule (primary and secondary roles)
- Primary skill required: EpicCare Ambulatory (Certification required)
- Secondary skills preferred: EpicCare Link, Haiku, and Canto
- No background check or drug screening required
