Your role will be to guide clients from Sale to Go Live with tailored system setup and training ensuring each client is confident and ready to succeed with their new POS system.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engage sales personnel after the sale to confirm operational needs and finalize system specifications
- Validate hardware/software compatibility with customer requirements
- Serve as the technical liaison between Sales and Systems Teams.
- Design and build POS menus to align with business workflows.
- Configure POS systems, payment processing settings, and 3rd -party integrations.
- Stage and test systems prior to deployment to ensure readiness.
- Lead remote and onsite end-user training sessions.
- Provide live support during Go Lives to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
- Ensure user confidence and address issues as they arise as they arise during launch.
- Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the onboarding process.
- Open, update, and resolve onboarding-related tickets in PSA
- Ensure accurate and timely status updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Document onboarding procedures and best practices
- Gather customer feedback and work with teams to refine the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with Sales, Installation, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with POS system menu building and configuration
- Customer training or onboarding experience
- Project coordination and multitasking ability
- Familiarity with ConnectWise Manage or similar PSA software
- Ability to translate business needs into technical setups
- Ability to work independently, follow checklists, and manage time effectively
- Restaurant or hospitality experience required
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
