Duties And Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Identify, qualify and close new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and outreach
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects via continuous prospecting
- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy aligned with company goals
- Create and deliver effective sales presentations
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals that generate recurring revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Proactively ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Act as a liaison for troubleshooting and support, ensuring systems run smoothly
- Identify opportunities to expand product and service usage within existing accounts.
- Stay current on evolving product offerings
- Attend sales and company meetings regularly
- Set and pursue quarterly and annual sales goals
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity
- Attend industry conferences and trade shows
- Proven track record in sales and account management
- Experience in technology, restaurants, or related industries
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with POS and Payment Systems
